Greetings Supplier Partners!

You cannot change the slot once you have signed up, do not make any modifications after you submit the meeting time 

• Meetings will be 50 minutes in duration, and will occur between April 21st - April 30th.
  • There is a maximum of 6 attendees allowed to join from a given brand (including representatives from the brand, and brokers)
• Please fill out the new item PowerPoint slides and Excel New Item Form for any ACV Gap fill requests, and/or for any new items
  • Please submit the new item PowerPoint and Excel files by 04/02/2020 via the Supplier Portal so that we can adequately prepare for the meeting   
• Please prepare a PowerPoint deck that shows the state of your business at WFM, the state of your business outside of WFM, any marketing initiatives you would like to share, opportunities you see with your business at WFM, and any upcoming innovation that you have planned
  • Please submit the PowerPoint presentation deck by 04/13/2020 to Adam.Pickard@wholefoods.com and Emilee.Stayton@wholefoods.com so that we can adequately prepare for the meeting     
• Send samples of any innovation that you would like to put in front of WFM – be sure to have artwork FPO’s ready to share as well (either digital photos or actual FPO samples will work), and be sure to have the ingredient declarations to share with us
• After we receive your sign-up for a meeting, we will send official invites your way with pertinent information
• Lastly, it is your choice on whether you would like to invite your broker to the meeting. This is up the brand and whatever your preference is. If you would like to invite them, simply forward the final invite we send to you their way.
